Before the products are delivered to the delivery place, Party A and Party B shall jointly check the quality and quantity of the products within 2 days. Party B shall bear the relevant expenses and Party A shall actively cooperate. Party B's large castings shall be accepted by Party A's joint acceptance team after unpacking, installation and commissioning. After the examination and approval, both parties shall sign the Acceptance Report for confirmation. For the appearance quality of the products, Party A shall raise a written objection to Party B within 30 days upon discovery and should be found, and Party B shall be responsible for handling the objection within 2 days upon receipt of the written objection. If Party A fails to deliver the goods, it shall be handled in accordance with the provisions of this contract. If the products fail to meet the quality and specification requirements after the joint acceptance of both parties, Party A may reject the products, terminate the contract and deduct the performance bond. This contract is conditional and effective. In addition to the seals of both parties, the following two conditions shall be satisfied. 1. Party B shall pay the quality deposit to Party A; This contract shall be examined and approved by Shandong Shenghe Tendering Agency Co., Ltd. Article 1.B Party B shall pay to Party B liquidated damages equal to 0.3% of the total amount payable for each delay. If Party B fails to comply with the provisions of this contract, Party A shall compensate $0.30 per day for the transferred products in addition to timely transfer in accordance with the provisions of this contract. If either party fails to perform the contract on time and fails to perform the contract within 30 days after the other party gives a prompt, the non-breaching party shall have the right to terminate the contract and the breaching party shall bear the corresponding liability for compensation to the casting machine manufacturer. In case of Party B's breach, Party A shall have the right to deduct the Performance Deposit of Party B and reserve the right of recovery.
