4.1 The Supplier shall prepare four response documents, one original and three copies. Each response document shall be clearly marked with the words "project name", "original" or "duplicate". If there is any difference between the original and the copy of the cast aluminum alloy, the original shall prevail. 4.2 The Supplier shall seal the original and copy of the response documents respectively, and affix the seal of the Company on the seal, and clearly indicate on the cover (see the attachment). 4.2.1 Project number and project name; 4.2.2 Original or copy; 4.2.3 Supplier name (with official seal); 4.3 The supplier must add a separate seal to the Quotation Sheet. The Quotation Sheet requires that the Quotation Sheet be printed separately, stamped with the official seal (provide the original), sealed together in the same envelope, and submitted together with the reply document on the spot. The quotation sheet with the official seal of the company shall indicate the quotation sheet, the name of the project and the name of the supplier. The supplier must encrypt the acrylic casting plate to seal a set of "Electronic Response Document". "Electronic Response Document" requires each package of electronic response document to provide a separate electronic response document installed on a U disk and printed with the word "new", and its content should be consistent with the original paper response document.
